We are a boutique full-service law firm seeking a motivated and dedicated Practice Trainee Solicitor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring lawyer to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in both corporate and litigation practice areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with client consultations and drafting legal documents
- Supporting senior solicitors in corporate transactions and litigation matters
- Conducting legal research and preparing case materials
- Liaising with clients, particularly Chinese-speaking clients, and supporting their legal needs
- Attending court sessions, client meetings, and other legal proceedings
