Pre-Sales Engineer/ Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales/business development team to understand customer requirements and use cases

- Conduct POC, demo, testing and setup of security system and video analytics

- Process knowledge of basic security technology including video analytics and application scenarios

- Manage and execute new/existing projects

- Collaborate with product teams to address specific customer needs and feedback

- Design and propose security technology solutions tailored to different verticals

- Process market knowledge in physical security industry for verticals ie. transportation, commercial building, hospitality, etc.

- Forward looking in term of industry/technology trend to improve business portfolio

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in any discipline

- Ability to understand and address customer requirements and translate them into

technical solutions

- B2B (Business-to-Business) experience in robotic/physical security

- Process negotiation, networking, presentation, project management, market analysis, strategic skill will be an advantage
