Responsibilities:
Build scalable Analytics business plan utilizing Microsoft templates and guidance to acquire new Fabric customers. Customers might come from existing (eg. Power-BI and/or Azure) customers of the partner - or new to the partner customers, and/or not yet in the Azure Cloud customers (eg. on-prem SQL customers).
Help each partner to gain the required skills and capabilities required to help customers adopt Microsoft Fabric. This includes both Sales and Technical skills.
Support partners getting their Azure Analytics Specializations and Azure Data & AI Designations
Focus on skills to help partner articulate the value of Fabric for different personas in an end-customer organization, incl. Data engineers, Data Scientists, Data Analysts and Business users and help partners build a scalable Fabric business
Leverage CloudAscent, Workbooks to check partners MCPP and Certifications status and support them filling the skills gaps leveraging Microsoft enablement offers
Assist partner to build compelling offers that address top customer scenarios. Mobilize partners to consume Microsoft resources (e.g. COOP funds, Cloud Ascent targeting data, DMC Tool, Customer Journey Playbooks) and participate in Microsoft programs (X in a Day Partner-led workshops, etc.) related to building demand gen, generating awareness, and standing out in a crowded market
Build a pipeline for acquiring new Fabric customers with each Partner.
Drive pipeline generating activities (marketing), pipeline acceleration (e.g.workshops) and support in closing (e.g. applying incentives, promotions and offers).
Support Resellers in pitching Fabric to their end customers, both in 1:many situations (e.g. presentations, workshops), but also in 1:1 engagements to close and win individual end customer deals.
Track and share pipeline per partner, do provide feedback to Microsoft local counterparts (PDM and Channel Sales) to discuss acceleration opportunities and blockers.
Be the known subject matter expert for Azure Data & AI, Analytics and Fabric. For the Indirect Provider and the selected Analytics/Fabric Resellers
Support peers winning new Fabric partners, by delivering Fabric presentations, workshops to existing and potential new Partners.
Support team members in closing Fabric deals.
Share learnings, feedback, success stories, but also challenges with the Microsoft Teams in locally, but also at area and global level. Provide feedback on campaigns, promotions, readiness, marketing and sales content shared by Microsoft.
Experience and Skills:
+1 year of work experience in a sales/marketing role in the IT business
Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales, marketing or Business Development
Preferably experience working at a Data, Analytics & AI Solutions partner / IT Services company / Azure Partner or competing technology vendor.
Basic understanding of Azure, Data & AI and the Microsoft partner ecosystem
Experience with Microsoft products and services in a call center environment (>6 months)
Preferred Advanced User of Office suite
Preferred familiarity with Azure and/or Dynamics products and SKUs
