The presales consultant will work together with the sales team on selling security solutions to fit the customer's need. This includes solution design, presentation, demonstration and proof of concept until the closure of an opportunity. The presales engineer will also liaise with and coordinate with the engineering team for the deployment of security projects.
Responsibilities:
. Work closely with the sales team in designing and articulating solutions to customer
. Demonstrate the value of the solution to customers
. Gather the Business and technical requirement and develop cost effective solution for the customer
. Conduct Solution demonstration and Proof of Concept (POC)
. Response to tender, RFQs and RFPs
. Establish good relationship with the customer
Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree in electrical/electronic engineering, computer science or related discipline
. Experience working in System Integrator (SI) or similar environment an advantage
. Experienced working with Managed threat detection and response, database/Web/application security, OT/IOT, cloud (AWS, Azure, Google) and devsecops solutions
. Strong business acumen
. Have excellent interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills
. Able to work independently and resourceful in completing task on hand
. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
. Self-motivated individual with passion in the Cybersecurity field
. Certified in Security certification a plus (Such as CISSP, AWS, CCSP)
