Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic SAP S/4HANA Presales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and delivery teams to present and demonstrate SAP S/4HANA solutions to potential clients, ensuring that their business needs are met with the appropriate SAP technology. You will play a pivotal role in shaping client relationships, providing expert advice, and supporting the sales cycle through technical expertise and business acumen.
Pre-Sales Support:
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, advising them on how SAP S/4HANA can meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase the value of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Lead or participate in customer workshops, assessments, and discovery sessions to identify business challenges and opportunities for SAP S/4HANA transformation.
Product Demos & Presentations:
- Conduct engaging and impactful product demonstrations of SAP S/4HANA capabilities, highlighting key features and business benefits.
- Present technical concepts and solution value propositions in a way that resonates with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Customize demonstrations based on customer needs and industry-specific use cases.
Proposal Development & RFP Responses:
- Work closely with the sales team to develop responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information), including technical documentation and solution recommendations.
- Provide pricing and scoping guidance for SAP S/4HANA-related services, including licensing, implementation, and support.
Market and Industry Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4HANA features, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Leverage your knowledge of industry-specific challenges (e.g., manufacturing, retail, finance, etc.) to offer targeted solutions to potential clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in discussions with clients, answering questions and addressing concerns regarding SAP S/4HANA.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the presales cycle.
- Support the customer's long-term vision by identifying opportunities for further engagement, product extensions, or additional services.
