Responsibilities:
. Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs.
. Design and propose cloud-based solutions that meet customer needs and align with their strategic goals.
. Develop and deliver presentations, demonstra1ons, and proof-of-concepts to showcase the value of proposed solutions.
. Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
. Stay current with the latest cloud technologies, industry trends, and competitive
landscape.
. Build strong relations with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
. Assist in developing sales strategies and account plans to drive revenue growth.
. Participate in industry events, conference, and webinars to promote the company's cloud solutions.
. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution briefs, and customer proposals.
. Document customer interactions, solution designs, and feedback for internal use and continuous improvement.
. Conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team capabilities.
. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
. At least 3 years of experience in a presales role in the industry.
. Experience in cloud-based deployment and management in IaaS, PaaS and SaaS environments.
. Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands.
