Job Description

Effectively creates a secure and quality learning environment for the children through nurturing trusting and respectful relationships with them. Enriches children's learning by co-designing and implementing a developmentally and culturally appropriate curricula, while effectively integrating innovation teaching and learning practices. Proactive and intentional in strengthening partnerships with families and the community.

Guides junior educators in enhancing their professional practice. Provides suggestions, ideas to improve professional development in the Centre, while also contributing to the Centre's culture of collaboration and collegiality.

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and implement curriculum and programmes
2. Build stakeholders relationships and partnerships
3. Manage family and community programmes
4. Conduct routine caregiving
5. Uplift professional practice

Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Development & Education (L2 Certified)
2. Min 5years experience in preschool education
3. Passionate, committed and dedicated
