The Principal will take on a pivotal role in providing leadership, mentoring staff, and crafting strategic plans that foster a supportive and professional learning environment. The Principal is crucial in shaping a nurturing and innovative atmosphere that allows children and staff to flourish.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the professional development pathways for teachers.
- Provide guidance in the implementation of our holistic and inquiry-based curriculum that emphasizes cognitive and emotional growth.
- Seamlessly integrate the organization's mission, vision, and core values into curricula and programs at the Centre.
- Enhance and maintain the school's high-quality image among parents and the community.
- Manage operational and administrative responsibilities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL) or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years in a relevant leadership role.
- Proficiency in ECDA licensing and SPARK accreditation processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Driven by a passion to make a significant impact in early childhood education, shaping future generations with innovation and care.
