With more Blue House campuses being established across Singapore, we seek the right individuals who wish to hone their expertise and ambition in order to serve the community of educators, children and families with heart!

Applicants should:

- possess an ADECL certificate (or be completing their ADECL by April 2025)

- have had 5 to 8 years of industry experience in classrooms

- have had 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a preschool setting

- Applicants with experience in a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach will preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate

- be already working in Singapore

Brief job description:

Manage all areas of operations spanning best practice, enrollment & tours, curriculum design, finance & budgeting, governance & compliance, HR (recruitment and performance management), facilities management, subsidy & audit parameters.

  1. Work alongside the Leadership team to build effective strategies and solutions for optimal performance.
  2. Work alongside marketing and administrator to manage acquisitions, tours and enrolment conversion.
  3. Work alongside Pedagogistas to mentor and coach educators in best practice and the Blue House approach.
  4. Manage communications with families on children's well-being, pedagogy queries and operations.
  5. Provide weekly and monthly updates to the Group Head of School and the Directors on all school matters.
  6. Work alongside administration staff to ensure the admissions process and paperwork are in line with governance and compliance policies.
  7. Work alongside the Group Head of School for operational governance, HR and staff management matters.
  8. Attend to queries and licensing visits from governing bodies including but not limited to ECDA, NEA, MSF and so on.
  9. All other matters related to the smooth & efficient running of the campus in alignment with Blue House's values, vision & mission to be the leading early childhood organisation for the advocacy of a strong image of the child.
