Job description:
. Guide staff in the holistic development and care for the children, and build a safe and conducive environment that best meets their needs.
. Manage school staff, parent communications, school enrolment.
. Facilitate proactive and positive engagement with parents and the community.
. Oversee professional development and well-being of staff.
. Responsible for school events and activities throughout the school year.
. Ensure licensing requirements, health and safety regulations are maintained at all times.
. Responsible for overall curriculum delivery.
. Handle all matters related to the administration of the school.
Requirements:
. Possess Diplomas in Early Childhood Teaching & Leadership.
. Degree in Early Childhood will be an advantage.
. Minimum 2 years of experience managing a school.
. Committed individual with strong communication skills
. Creative and inspiring with loving energy for our young children.
. Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
. Possess excellent leadership qualities and management skills.
. Passionate about preschool education and able to positively engage stakeholders in the holistic development of the child.
. Independent and self-driven team leader as well as a team player.
. Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
