Our client, one of Singapore's most respected organisation in early childhood care and education is currently seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join them as a Preschool Principal.

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate day to day centre operation. Inclusive of childcare and infant care services
• Mentor and appraise teachers in their performance effectively
• Establish rapport with parents and community
• Other ad-hoc duties when required

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) with Leadership component
• 4-5 years of managerial experience as a principal
• Strong leadership qualities with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives
