have experience in teaching in various preschool settings
- have at minimum of 1 to 3 years (L1 Teaching Position) of working experience in a preschool or childcare setting
have a min of 3 to 5 years (L2 Teaching Position)
of classroom teaching experience in developing and implementing early care and education programs for children 18 months to 6 years.- able to work 5 days a week.
have excellent communication skills
(both written and oral) and demonstrated ability to understand and balance the needs of the schools primary partners: children, parents, teachers and community.

- Required Qualifications: L1 Teaching Position should possess one of the following:
Fundamentals Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education,- Advanced Certificate in Early Years and/or
Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education
Diploma/ Degree in Pre School Education, Teaching ( DPE -T/L).
- Min 5 credits in GCE O Levels
