Job Description
Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum with a good understanding of the Early Years Curriculum and pedagogy, to meet the physical, emotional, and social, intellectual needs of the children
Set-up conducive and quality learning environment for the Children
Provide a safe and clean learning environment for the care and development of the children in the Centre
Practise good classroom management strategies
Regularly update children's progress reports and maintain comprehensive portfolio of each child
Provide effective input on the child's development
Build good rapport with the parents through regular communication and to establish effective home-centre Partnerships
Foster trusting, respectful and positive interactions with Children
Collaborate with colleagues to build a positive working environment
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess minimum a Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education or equivalent
Certified by ECDA: L1 or L2 Teaching Certification
Required language(s): English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position
