Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Preventive Maintenance Technician (Semiconductor) located in Woodlands. Our clients are headquartered in the USA and established as the global key leader in the Semiconductor industry. You will be following the daily preventive maintenance schedule, managing the arrangement and logistics of new and old parts, and preparing and maintaining PM jigs and tools. Key tasks involve performing preventive maintenance on robots, such as cleaning and greasing parts, and replacing sensors, motors, and motor drivers. The role also requires the installation of vacuum valves, fore line pipes, and heater jackets. Additionally, the individual will assist tool owner engineers with technical activities like troubleshooting, modifications, installations, and de-installations in the fabrication area. Support for 6S practices, including parts cleaning, organization, labeling, and housekeeping, is also a significant part of the job.

Qualifications:

• Min. NITEC or Diploma in any Engineering field or equivalent certification
• Willing to do hands-on work and comfortable to be in cleanroom suit
• Work experience in semiconductor industry will be an added advantage
