Job Description

JOBSCOPE

• Manage procurement KPI with open tenders and cost savings
• Manage ocean/air sales performance and cost savings by strengthening procurement competitiveness
• Develop carrier/partner relationship and strengthen network
• Strengthen pricing capability following business expansion
• Negotiate prices and space allocation with global shipping carriers/airlines/NVOCC
• Manage competitive price with shipping carriers/airlines through market sensing
• Manager entire pricing process following market conditions
• Track market trend and manage pricing database
• Manage bidding calendar to set up pricing strategies, bidding plans and implementation to increase sales

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor Degree with major in Business/Logistics/Trading or other related disciplines
• At least 15 years of experience working with global logistics or 3PL companies
• At least 10 years of experience in pricing/procurement field
• At least 5 years of experience managing teams
• At least 5 years of experience in a regional role
• Global bidding experience with shippers is needed
