Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of SIAs Pricing & Merchandising Department in Sales & Marketing Division.
Key Responsibilities
Support Pricing & Merchandising Analysts in Agent Distribution Maintenance for Global Fare Products
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper approvals/documentation is submitted for any change requests
Prepare and raise all requirements to file all changes
Liaise with stations for checks upon completion of filing
Work with stakeholders for investigations on any pricing / filing-related errors or issues faced by stations/agents and address any queries from stations or vendors on changes or policies that govern global fare products
Assist and guide stations users on the functions in fare management system (SQFS) and assist in troubleshooting of fare filing and pricing issues
Perform pricing actions via Merchandising Platform (AAM) to support head office driven initiatives and campaigns
Undertake role as Department Facilitator for Staff Ideas in Action (S-I-A), Control Self Assessment (CSA) exercises, department coordinator for Contract Management Tool (CMT) platform, and as liason for CMT-related matters with Procurement Department
Requirements
Diploma holder or equivalent qualifications
Knowledge of pricing, fare filing or fare products is advantageous, but not mandatory
Comfortable working with systems and Microsoft Excel
Meticulous with good time management
Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
