Prepare and issue quotations for regional customers for all services managed by Regional office.
Maintain regular communication and work closely with customers to address their requests on a day-to-day basis.
Provide quotations for Out of Gauge (OOG) shipments as requested.
Ensure that Dead Freight contracts and addendums are signed, received, properly filed, and updated, with relevant information communicated to Headquarter.
Establish and update the Bunker Adjustment Factor rates for Dead Freight accounts on a monthly basis.
Collaborate closely with the back office for Dead Freight invoice issuance and to obtain Customer Request Reports (CRR) from local offices.
Coordinate with respective Port of Loading (POL) offices to address any inquiries they may have.
Handle the quoting, apportionment, and filing of through shipments.
Generate and analyze data from sales reports for monthly meetings and performance analysis.
Job Requirements:
Dipolma in Business, Logistics, or a related field in shipping profession is an added- advantage.
Malaysian & Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
Strong understanding of feeder shipping operations and container logistics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Candidate should be equipped with good numeracy skills
Candidate must be meticulous with details, multi-tasking, possess a positive learning attitude, and be able to cope with the fast-paced working environment
