Primary School Teacher

Job Descriptions:

1. Able to teach all subjects of Primary school levels

2. Able to apply relevant teaching strategies according to the needs of students

3. Cater to the holistic development of the students

4. Keep up to date on latest teaching methods and developments in curriculum

5. Use a variety of assessment modes and strategies to monitor and extend teaching & learning

6. Exhibit commitment to the holistic education of the students

7. Deliver effective and engaging lessons across different levels and abilities of students

8. Take part actively in events and projects outside of the classroom such as field trips, sports days or integrations programmes organised by schools or communities

9. Provide support & guidance to the students & fellow teaching staff under his/her care.

10. Able to communicate with parents to follow up on the development and mental wellbeing of students.

Requirements:

1. Qualification: hold minimum one Teaching Licence issued by MOE Japan or equivalent

2. Team player: able to work closely with fellow teaching staff and parents on ways to improve students academic progression

3. Collaborator: collaborate with fellow teaching staff to support students learning and development
