Principal Consultant/Recruiter

U3 Infotech is looking for experience recruiters with a strong focus on business development and client acquisition to drive growth and expand our talent solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing and engaging candidates to closing offers and facilitating onboarding-while actively building and nurturing client relationships. A key aspect of this position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and positioning U3 Infotech as a trusted recruitment partner. Responsibilities include developing client strategies, creating job advertisements, sourcing candidates across multiple channels, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers. Success in this role requires a results-driven mindset, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in 360-degree recruitment with a strong emphasis on business development and client acquisition.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a proactive approach to managing multiple roles and clients simultaneously
• Industry: Engineering and Manufacturing/Healthcare and Life Sciences/Supply Chain, Logistics, and E-commerce
