Responsibilities:
- Map out, implement and monitor integrated comms plans (media, digital, marcomm, internal etc), ensuring all parts of comms value chain are in line with campaign objectives
- Collaborate with business units to ensures efficient and effective running of all work streams, managing of deadlines to ensure project is on track to meeting key results.
- Lead the campaign team members to regularly review comms performance and outcomes
- Identify and solicit media partnership opportunities to amplify comms efforts
- Monitor campaign comms budget and track outcomes
- Manage, organise and prioritise multiple ongoing campaigns
- Prepare campaign reports with performance analysis and recommendations for review
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of corporate comms experience and is familiar with all aspects of comms, including PR, marcomm, digital and internal comms
- Has experience in leading a team
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with internal and external parties
- Good organising abilities to prioritise campaigns and meet deadlines
- Experience in managing comms campaigns is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Manager is a plus
