Principal Equipment Engineer (Dry Etching)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance and optimization of dry etching equipment to support production.
- Develop preventive maintenance plans and ensure minimal downtime.
- Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting and continuous improvement projects.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 8+ years of experience with semiconductor dry etching equipment.
- Deep technical knowledge of etching processes and tools.
- Leadership experience in managing equipment engineering teams.
