Responsibilities:
- Developing, reviewing, and updating PM/CM procedures, risk assessments, troubleshooting guidelines, and maintenance strategies.
- Planning and executing scheduled maintenance, diagnosing equipment faults, and leading repairs.
- Working on continuous improvement projects to optimize equipment reliability, productivity, and downtime reduction.
- Managing equipment and resource utilization, focusing on OEE to enhance throughput and minimize tool downtime.
- Enforcing maintenance procedures and controls, ensuring work is done hands-on and in compliance with established protocols.
- Collaborating with equipment vendors and suppliers to implement cost-effective maintenance systems.
- Partnering with the process engineering team to develop and refine equipment control procedures.
- Leading equipment installation, setup, and commissioning, ensuring projects are completed on time.
- Driving continuous improvement in OEE, MTBC, MTTR, and PM success rates with the technician team.
- Contributing to safety, quality, cost reduction, and 6S initiatives while maintaining compliance with corporate standards and cleanroom protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical) or equivalent
- Strong Knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing and cleanroom operation industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Semiconductor for Etching.
