Principal Product Marketing Manager
Salary: $12,000-$15,000
Job Description:
1. Developing and executing go-to-market plans for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and sales enablement materials.
2. Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
3. Collaborating with product management to define target customer segments and create compelling value propositions that resonate with customers.
4. Creating engaging and impactful marketing content, such as case studies, white papers, product videos, and customer testimonials.
5. Leading cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, ensuring all activities are delivered on time and within budget.
6. Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to track the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
7. Building and maintaining relationships with industry influencers, analysts, and strategic partners to increase market visibility and drive thought leadership.
8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the product marketing strategy and drive innovation.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology industry.
3. Strong understanding of product management, sales, and marketing principles.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
7. Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Knowledge of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
9. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
