A Day in the Life
Quality Improvement Projects across the sites:
Lead and execute improvement projects related to manufacturing quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for enhancement.
Drive strategic initiatives aimed at elevating product quality and compliance.Core Competency Development in Quality organization:
Establish and strengthen the Quality Engineering (QE) core competency within the organization.Knowledge Transfer and Teaching:
Effectively transfer quality concepts and best practices to team members.
Mentor and coach junior engineers in quality methodologies.
Expertise in Process Validation, Process Monitoring / Statistical Process Control (SPC),Test Method Validation (TMV, Risk Management. Data analysis and Critical ThinkingSystem Understanding:
Gain a deep understanding of how the system supports various processes within the organization.
Leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
Decision-Making Authority:
Make informed decisions related to quality processes and improvements.
Serve as a consultant for critical quality-related choices.Continuous Improvement:
Continuously improve existing processes and systems.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance quality outcomes.Technical Mastery:
Stay abreast of global quality excellence programs, industry trends, regulations, and advancements.
Be a technical expert in quality engineering practices.
Must Have:
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Your Profile:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field (Masters preferred)
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Process Analyst or equivalent would be an advantage
Six Sigma Green Belt certification would be a plus
Significant experience in quality engineering, preferably in the medical device industry
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
