We are looking to set-up new desks and disciplines overseeing Asia region and be based in Singapore. This gives one a great opportunity to leverage on your personal brand that would have built over the last few years and Caliber8's 7 year track record in the market.

We are a successful recruitment firm in areas of Finance & Accounting and Maritime and are keen on venturing into a new service offerings. This would make Caliber8 a more well rounded service provider to our clients as the commercial space is an important aspect for all companies.

If you are a team manager or an individual contributor in the sales and marketing desk with consistent 300k SGD plus billings annually over the last 3 years and are looking to taste the entrepreneur journey with minimal of risk, this is an ideal chance.

We offer an attractive fixed salary, uncapped commissions and profit sharing for the desk. No KPI's, result based business and we encourage an entrepreneur style of work.

This role will help you break red tapes, transactional driven culture and drive you to build more long term relationships with both clients and candidates.
