Utilizes expertise in business management practices, industry requirements and information technology disciplines to develop technical and/or business solutions to client problems.
Complies with all applicable Time and Expense reporting processes and procedures.
Approves and reports all time and expense information by the deadlines.
Analyzes client's business needs, integrates client's business strategies and recommends appropriate information technology solutions utilizing company's methodologies. Conducts analysis of corporate objectives, critical success factors, business functions and processes. Plans, integrates and manages the implementation of new technology.

Develops project plans and Statements of Work early on in the project life cycle.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the area of Financial Technology

Mentoring Employees: Typically acts as a mentor, coach or trainer to consultants by sharing business expertise. Ensures that necessary staff information is updated and entered into Time and Expense Reporting System by the deadlines.
