Position: Principal Test Development Engineer

Salary: $13,500-18,000
Job Description:
1. Developing and implementing test strategies, plans, and procedures for new products or systems.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and specifications.
3. Identifying and resolving test issues and defects to ensure product quality and reliability.
4. Developing automated test scripts and tools to improve test efficiency and accuracy.
5. Analyzing test results and providing feedback to the development team for product improvement.
6. Conducting root cause analysis of test failures and implementing corrective actions.
7. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in test development and automation.
8. Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior test engineers.
9. Collaborating with external partners and vendors for test development and execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in test development in related industry
- trong knowledge of test methodologies, tools, and equipment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to test development.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation
- Chinese speaking candidates are required to communicate effectively with counterparts who are based in China
