We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales individual to join our growing team and play a key role in client acquisition and relationship management.
About the Role
As the part of the sales team you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) as clients. You will leverage your existing network and financial expertise to build strong relationships with potential clients, educate them on the benefits of cryptocurrency investment, and ultimately drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for acquiring HNWIs and UHNWI clients.
- Utilize your existing network and industry connections to identify and reach out to potential clients.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and educate clients about cryptocurrency investment opportunities.
- Build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique investment needs.
- Identify client risk appetites and recommend suitable investment strategies within cryptocurrencies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and manage detailed sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, compliance, and customer service to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the cryptocurrency market.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of successful experience in sales, ideally within the financial services industry, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience in private banking, wealth management, or a related field with a strong network of HNWIs and UHNWI clients is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment principles.
- A keen interest in and basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
