About the role
In this pivotal position, you will lead a group of self-motivated & driven private bankers dedicated to providing exceptional service to high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and develop a team of relationship managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Oversee the management of client portfolios.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., investment, credit, compliance) to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
- Ensure all activities and client interactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Set and monitor performance metrics for the team, ensuring accountability and achievement of goals.
- Analyze team performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
Skills and Requirements
- Minimally 8 years of experience in wealth management
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of financial markets & market trends
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
