What is this position about
As part of our growth of the Private Capital Business in Asia Pacific, we are hiring for the role of Private Capital Business Change Management Officer, Asia Pacific.
Your Main Missions Will Be
Driving strategic transformation business initiatives for the Private Capital business across all strategies in collaboration with the APAC business stakeholders
Partnering with our strategic clients in making our digital portal products client-relevant, market-aligned and industry-leading
You will play a critical role in defining and delivering the Private Capital business development roadmap. The mission will be making meaningful business changes and transformations, for implementing a more competitive and sustainable service offering for Private Capital in APAC region aligned with the constant evolution of the asset class and expectations of both GPs & LPs.
To achieve that, you will need to work closely with the Private Capital business teams in various locations in APAC, including operation teams and product solution teams. You will need to understand the business, including: Fund Administration, Loan Administration, Investor Services, encompassing all Private Capital strategies including: Private Equity, Private Debt, Infrastructure and Real Estate.
As part of the role, you will partner with our clients in understanding their requirements for the digital portals and promote ongoing impactful upgrades to the digital portals. Your insights gathered with our clients will drive our product evolution to ensure we continue to meet our clients needs and wants starting from onboarding stage.
You will contribute significantly to the improvement & initiatives of the processes in the global eco-system, support the digital portal journey and implement change in a collaborative environment.
What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like
BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Understand and challenge cross-location business change requirements, change scope and validate acceptance criteria of changes being implemented
Collaborate with our Global Business Change Management Team and dedicated IT Team based in Europe to ensure Private Capital global framework and consistency of the Global Operating Model capacity worldwide
Work closely with APAC business team to manage business changes and support their operational readiness journey
Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for operational and control enhancements across the Private Capital business domain
DIGITAL PORTAL APAC CORRESPONDENCE
Understand and communicate the process and ensure the smooth client experience during Caplink Private client digital portal onboarding journey, working closely with our global team based in Europe
Receive CapLink Private issues from APAC clients and log them in the relevant ticketing system(s) and respond in a timely and effective manner
Keep the clients updated on the progress of their queries through status reports, expected resolution times, post-incident reports, etc.
Gather client wishes of improvement and report them to the global teams for evaluation, prioritisation and development
What is required for you to succeed
Experience
- You have more than 3 years of relevant experience in the fields of Private Capital fund administration (Operations or IT ideally)
- You are experienced with eFront Invest solutions (Operations, IT Support, Business Analyst, etc)
EDUCATION
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
