Job Description:

• Handle projects and modifications as directed by management.
• Track preventive maintenance and service contracts, and support car park operations.
• Assist with projects and modifications assigned by the Head of Department or Supervisor.
• Manage projects within deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate contractors/vendors to minimize disruptions and ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contractors to maintain physical plants and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Technician, Engineer, or Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Facilities Management
• No need experience , training provided
