Process Associate Engineer

-Process Technician is responsible to operate equipment for ultra-purification of hydrogen peroxide used for the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

-Operate process equipment according to standard operating procedures.

-Devise trials to troubleshoot on process issues.

-Perform sampling at regular intervals for quality control inspection.

-Monitor, measure and log critical process parameters for consistent operation of equipment.

-Organize and report process data to superior for optimization of purification efficiency.

-Ensure operation according to process schedule.

-Perform inspection and maintenance activities to ensure optimal condition of equipment.

-Maintain operational records.

-Troubleshoot routine or minor issues.

-Maintain strict compliance to environmental, health and safety protocols.

-Propose improvements for greater productivity or safety.

-Ensure good housekeeping in responsible area.

-Support on any other jobs assigned by supervisor.
