Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with engineers to support Dry Etch process development.
- Analyze test data and set parameters for material and process specifications.
- Lead and coordinate reviews with engineering/scientific teams to ensure processing techniques align with design requirements.
- Innovate and implement new or enhanced process formulations, defining equipment needs and assessing production methods for effectiveness.
- Plan and lead projects focused on introducing new concepts, advanced automation technologies, and improved process strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to identify and resolve integration and process issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Dry Etch process development.
- Strong communication abilities with good interpersonal interactions.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a resourceful team contributor.
- Self-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Project management skills are highly advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
