1. Collaborate with the Process Technology Manager to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production processes. 2. Conduct process simulations, data analysis, and optimization studies to improve production efficiency and reduce environmental impact. 3. Lead projects aimed at implementing innovative technologies and process improvements to enhance SAF production capabilities. 4. Participate in the development of Process Design Package and support engineering team during the Front-End Engineering Design and Detailed Engineering Desing stage. 5. Provide technical support in plant construction and commissioning. 6. Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies in all aspects of plant operations. 7. Perform risk assessments, root cause analyses, and develop corrective action plans to address process deviations and improve reliability. 8. Provide technical support to plant operations, maintenance teams, and cross-functional departments to resolve process-related issues and achieve production targets. 9. Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and external partners to evaluate new equipment, technologies, and process solutions for SAF production.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the chemical or petrochemical industry with a focus on sustainable production practices. 3. Strong understanding of process simulation software, process optimization techniques, and statistical analysis tools. 4. Experience with process safety management systems, hazard analysis, and risk assessment methodologies. 5. Proven track record of leading projects, implementing process improvements, and achieving measurable results in a manufacturing environment. 6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 7. Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to sustainable production processes and environmental sustainability. 8. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 9. Proficiency in Chinese is essential, with Mandarin being a must and Cantonese considered a strong asset as this role will be partnering cohesively with cross-function teams across APAC.
