Design process and perform process calculations for water, wastewater treatment, air treatment projects.
Design PFD, P&ID with Auto CAD independently or with the help of drafters.
Select equipment or propose the parameters for selection of equipment such as pumps, fans.
Design the layout and section views of the overall treatment system including process treatment units, equipment, and piping and ducting with the help of drafters.
Prepare other textual documents in process discipline such as control philosophy, datasheets.
Prepare submissions of the process drawings and textual documents.
Focus on deliverables and deliver the above-mentioned documents on time.
Evaluation of technical documents from subcontractors and suppliers.
Coordinate the works with mechanical engineers, and electrical, control and instrument engineers.
Provide technical support to sales and project teams.
Other ad hoc jobs.
Report to engineering manager.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor degree in environmental, chemical engineering or related engineering
The candidate should be highly responsible for this role.
A degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or all other process related engineering.
3 years above work experience in water, wastewater treatment, or air treatment. Master degree holders with less experience will be considered.
Experiences in ultrapure water treatment, air treatment scrubbers, and thermal oxidizers are preferred.
Good writing and communication skills.
Able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.
