Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product yield and quality performances.
- Investigate the process and defects-related issues and identify the opportunities for improvement on the quality process.
- Upkeep the product documentation including technical specifications, control plan, and defect improvement plan.
- Work closely with the Quality department to monitor and improve process capability.
- Review existing data and control in order to ensure it will meet the requirements.
- Manage the cost and time constraints of projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Chemistry / Material Science is a MUST.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Familiar with the usage of SPC, JMP Software, FMEA, Root-cause analysis, etc. related with process manufacturing.
