Process Engineer (Process Improvement)

Job Description

• Identify and evaluate problems / root cause of process inefficiency.
• Identify and source for the potential improvement method to improve process efficiency (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Environmental).
• Lead Project Team (Engineers and Technicians) on process improvement and development activities assigned.
• Develop process digitization concepts and drive big-data analytics for process knowledge improvement.
• Work closely with relevant departments for process improvement and breakthrough projects.
• Present and manage project progress, cost and completion deadline according to schedule.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science / Engineering, or equivalent with more than 3 years of relevant experience (Experience in Steel / Aluminum metallurgy and Heat Treatment is preferred).
• Diploma in the above-mentioned fields with more than 6 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and IIOT solution deployment is preferred.
• Preferably Sound knowledge in Process Improvement Methodology.
• Willing to travel Willing to station 3-12 months in other countries subjected to project requirements.
