Identify and evaluate problems / root cause of process inefficiency.
Identify and source for the potential improvement method to improve process efficiency (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Environmental).
Lead Project Team (Engineers and Technicians) on process improvement and development activities assigned.
Develop process digitization concepts and drive big-data analytics for process knowledge improvement.
Work closely with relevant departments for process improvement and breakthrough projects.
Present and manage project progress, cost and completion deadline according to schedule.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science / Engineering, or equivalent with more than 3 years of relevant experience (Experience in Steel / Aluminum metallurgy and Heat Treatment is preferred).
Diploma in the above-mentioned fields with more than 6 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and IIOT solution deployment is preferred.
Preferably Sound knowledge in Process Improvement Methodology.
Willing to travel Willing to station 3-12 months in other countries subjected to project requirements.
