- Lead a team of Process AE/Technicians to manage all process-related functions, ensuring efficient production.
- Collaborate with internal departments to establish and maintain a process operation flow that meets customer and business requirements.
- Ensure proper maintenance of production Working Instructions, including SFC control processes and SAP management.
- Guide operation teams through ECO changes and implementations.
- Drive process efficiency through improvements, UPH tracking, and Kaizen activities.
- Update and track the EC master list.
- Prepare and update Working Instructions.
- Provide training on Working Instructions to production teams.
- Support the NPI (New Product Introduction) process.
- Assist with production during mass runs.
- Participate in ISO activities related to implementation and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with customers, HQ/factory, peers, subordinates, and superiors.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
