You will be in-charge of the process, SMT line, rework and testing equipment. You will work with our technical team to prepare and create the documents required for all equipment.
You will also need to coordinate with the team and suppliers in fabricating of stencils, jigs, sockets and any additional accessories for the operation of all equipment. You will also be expected to troubleshoot, repair and maintenance of equipment.
Responsibilities:
Create, debug, and optimize machine programs
Operate the SMT equipment for PCB assembly production to meet required quality/reliability expectation
Operate all the other equipment(e.g. rework machine, vibration machine, etc)
Assist in programming as required of equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve machine/process technical issues
Perform preventative maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment and systems
Ensuring all the operations and maintenance work are carried out with compliance to safety/industry standard
Assist in the procurement of replacement parts and other commodities
Assist in evaluations and data collection, analysis of data to identify and resolve system, process and performance issues
Develop and update process/work procedures, flow diagrams and document for equipment
Work with team to run basic test programs for product(s)
Perform any other duties as assigned by CompanyRequirements:
Minimum Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Able to understand standard machine drawing is an added advantage
At least 1 year experience in SMT manufacturing environment is preferred
Strong SMT industry knowledge
Strong production and process background in SMT industry
Possess high level of integrity, initiative, drive, sense of urgency and keen learnerGood to Have:
