Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage transformation projects to streamline business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive innovation across the organization.
- Utilize business process engineering methodologies to analyze, redesign, and optimize key processes within various departments, including but not limited to KYC process, Payment operations, Risk management, Reporting, etc.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify process gaps, initiate projects, working closely with the product development team and engineering team for implementation.
- Implement change management strategies to facilitate organizational adoption of new processes, technologies, and digital solutions.
- Collaborate with various IT teams to leverage technology solutions and automation tools to support process improvement initiatives and digital transformation efforts.
- Support various departments to manage resource capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization of human resources and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Identify potential areas for digitization and automation to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive cost savings.
- Track and report on project performance metrics, including KPIs, ROI, and other key success indicators, to assess the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
- Working closely with Product and solution team, and stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in banking, finance, and digital transformation to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, BPM) preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) in project management, business process engineering, and digital transformation within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of business process engineering methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN, or similar frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex transformation projects from initiation to implementation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities, analyze data, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
