Primary Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for all or subset of the key responsibilities below:

Description:

Ampoule cleaning and refurbishment @ Science Building 5 NUS - 50% of the time

• Cleaning ampoules at Science Building 5 NUS
• Refurbishment of ampoules (for used ampoules having high leak) and quality check

Procurement/Admin - 20%

• Receiving Deliveries
• Prepare Global Customer Contact (GCC), an Ordering parts for the tools used for ordering form
• Scan and filing of Delivery Order (DO) documents
• Smartsheet update on Delivery and Delivery Order (DO) details
• Coordinate with the client's vendor for delivery

Chemical Inventory stock inspection at Science Building and Engineering Building NUS

• Cross check chemical inventory list to physical chemicals
• Validate NUS Master List inventory to chemical inventory list

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE certifications or Diploma in related Chemistry education background
• At least 1 years of experience with chemistry background such as work experience as a Chemist
• In this role you will be required to travel within the client's site at Changi and National University of Singapore (NUS)
