Position Title: Procurement and Inventory Coordinator/ Supply Chain Officer
- Working Location: Seletar
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (
- 30 am 6.00 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic up to $3000 + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Issue purchase orders to purchase parts, components, and other materials.- Handle end-to-end purchasing and supply management duties, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
Manage store operations, including receiving, inspecting, sorting, labeling, and issuing goods.
- Maintain accurate records of stock and equipment inventory.
Ensure proper packaging and unpacking protocols are followed.- Implement and uphold workplace safety and health practices.
Maintain a comprehensive procurement database and vendor records.
- Manage stock levels to prevent overstocking and track expiry dates to reduce wastage.
Maintain high standards of handling and storage to meet company guidelines.- Keep store areas clean and orderly.
Assist the Sales team with Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and other related tasks.
- Collect or do delivery of consumables.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics/Procurement Manager.
Minimum O Level education.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience in the Aviation industry is preferred.
- Must possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license.
