Maintain and update monthly forecast report for fast and slow-moving items. Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet operational needs and minimize excess stock.
Coordinate with suppliers to replenishment stock availability, negotiate terms, issue purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Receive and create Goods Receive Note (GRN) for incoming goods.
Manage Internal Transfer of stocks, including creating Order Entry (OE), Purchase Order (PO) and Goods Received Note (GRN), where necessary.
Generate requisitions for stocks at minimum levels on a weekly basis.
Inform warehouse managers via email every end of the week for the list of incoming goods for the following week.
Arrange with warehouse managers to collect goods from suppliers, when need to.
Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.
Operations
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery according to customer specifications.
Ensure orders are accurately completed and securely packed.
Manage and ensure the smooth running of day to day operations
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Support other warehouse staff as needed to meet operational demands.
Job Requirements:
Minimum O / Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in inventory management
Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
