Negotiates and coordinates with suppliers and cross functional teams for best possible price purchases.
Maintain and upkeep price list and central ordering system
Support operation team on procurement needs.
Coordinates with operation team and chefs, on stock availability and delivery schedules and to maintain tight inventory control.
Generate purchase order and maintain the filing system of purchasing records.
Ensure procurement procedures and policies are followed.
Conduct regular review cost effectiveness and performance of suppliers and vendors by making random checks on supplier's and outlets.
Build strong network and partnership with suppliers.
Carry out ad hoc assignment as instructed by Management
Job Requirement(s):
Diploma or equivalent in Purchasing/Materials/Supply Chain Management
Experience in purchasing function in F&B industry would be an advantage
Effectively multilingual in both English and Mandarin languages (in order to generate and read reports in Chinese language and also, to negotiate and maintain good relationships with all English and Mandarin speaking associates)
Strong communication skill to work with various partners and cross department
Good team player with dynamic personality and result-oriented
