Procurement Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the development of our new business ( Training Center) beauty industry
• Handle new outlet opening & operation requirement
• Manage the relationship with the suppliers and negotiate with them to get products on time (advancement or postponement)
• Coordinate and execute procurement plans to support the operational goals of the substation.
• Conduct regular market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, and stay informed about market prices and trends.
• Select, review, and manage supplier relationships, maintain long-term partnerships, and resolve supplier issues.
• Work with all departments as require and good communication.
• To undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Job requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement preferred
• Proven experience in supply chain management with strong supplier relationship management skills
• Willing to take on new challenges and be adaptive to a fast-growing and dynamic start-up environment.
• Experience in beauty industry will be preferred
• Able to work in any locations in Singapore
