Job Scope:
Procurement Executive
- Sourcing and selecting suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities.
- Creating and managing purchase orders.
- Monitoring inventory levels and reordering as necessary.
- Handling logistics and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Resolving any issues with orders, such as delays or defective products.
- Maintaining records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Customer Service Representative
- Provide end-to-end support for corporate customers, handling orders, quotations, and documentation.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and proactively update on order and shipment status.
- Maintain up-to-date pricing records for spare parts.
- Coordinate with customers, forwarders, and internal teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare customs documentation and assist with customer queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and implement solutions.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/relevant studies
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with Equipment distributor/manufacturing's company.
