Job Scope & Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery capabilities.
- Ensure all purchased items meet specifications and comply with relevant standards.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure optimal cost efficiency and align with project requirements.
- Manage purchase requisitions, orders, delivery, and invoices through the ERP system.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure timely procurement of necessary materials.
- Collaborate with departments to understand purchasing needs and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews to maintain compliance with contractual obligations.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, resolving issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in the construction sector and ERP systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of the full procurement process, including Quantity Surveying (QS) experience, is an advantage.
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and with a positive attitude.
