Job Description:
Sourcing and communicating with suppliers to secure purchases and aim of converting them into partnership suppliers
Negotiate optimal purchasing terms and conditions
Generate Purchase order, report and maintain purchasing master data in system
Analyse and determine the most suitable deal from various suppliers
Bring in new leads and identify opportunities from new regions
Develop and maintain relationships with current/ potential suppliers
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by reporting manager
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess either a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, and other relevant fields with minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experiences
Well-equipped in Microsoft Excel Skills
Good critical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Outspoken and good communication skills able to communicate across departments
