Employment Type: 1-year contract (renewable subject to work performance)
Salary: Up to S$5,500
Location: Serangoon North (onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for tender and quotation updates.
- Liaise with Procurement and Contract Managers on requests.
- Renew maintenance contracts, overseeing the entire process from approval to award.
- Prepare letters of award and compile contract documentation.
- Coordinate contract commencement meetings with vendors.
- Conduct final account assessments before contract expiry.
- Manage and maintain records of maintenance contracts.
- Analyze contractor assessment results and coordinate vendor management with Facilities Managers.
- Assist with audits and reporting related to contracts and vendors.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned and support team members.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Facilities Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management / procurement in building facilities/ services related.
- Experience in dealing with tender management (e.g. calling tender, tender evaluation, and tender award).
- Candidates with Quantity Surveying background is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and budgeting.
- Team player, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with e-sourcing tools like Ariba, Acubuy, and SAP is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
